Effects of High Progestational Activity and Androgenic Activity in BCP

What happens when you start to take a birth control pill that has a high progestin level, for example, Levonorgestrel. My doctor might switch me from Zovia to Tri-Levlin, however, when I was researching on the net about this pill, I found that it uses Levonorgestrel which has a high progestational activity. What does this high level potentially do to someone?
