I am not a doctor but these are some things I've heard. If you have been BBTing and have noticed that you don't have a lot of quality fertile CM, then try evening primrose during the first half of your cycle. I am not sure of the exact dosage but I wouldn't go overboard. Of course, there is also plain Robitussin which contains an ingredient that thins all your mucus including that in your cervix. Also drink plenty of water. You can also try taking a B complex vitamen if nothing else, a small supplment shouldn't be bad for you. Selenium and Zinc I've heard are good supplements for male fertility. Try cutting out caffeine as well, which includes Mt. Dew. What else? BDing every other day during the fertile part of yoru cycle in case your DH's sperm count is low. Are you underweight? overweight? Both these states can affect your estrogen levels. Though I don't believe in dieting, moderate exercise, lots of fruits and vedgetables in your diet (assuming these things are lacking of course) couldn't hurt. You can get pregnant on your period if you ovulate early on in your cycle. For instance, if your period is five days long and you ovulate on day eight then you could be producing fertile mucus from day 4 or so... though technically you wouldn't concieve until day 8. Good luck! Baby dust! Hope your doc agrees to go through fertility testing soon, could try another doc.
