HI, I took Alesse for two months. The first month was fine, month 2 my face went crazy. But that is me...I am trying Ortho now with my fingers crossed. SO far, not as bad as last month. The biggest reason I switched was bad cramps...not enough estrogen in Alesse. Give it a try, you never know...this is all so random! Jen
