I have been on Depo-Provera for a little over a year now. I had constant bleeding for 2 months when I first started. This has stopped now, and I have no bleeding at all (with the exception of occasional light spotting). My problem is I have no sex drive at all. I do not want to stop the Depo as then I will have periods again, and I cannot take the pill because I smoke. I also have the vulvar burning with no known cause except the Depo. I do not have the mood swings, but the no sex drive is very frustrating for both myself and my husband.
