Okay thank you ahead of time for taking time to read this! First some background info: I was on Depo Provera from 1994 to Oct 1998.I am 20 years old 5'5" 150lbs. I excercise 3-4 times a week walking/running 1-2 miles. Since being off of depo I got married in 1999 and my husband and I decided to TTC (try to concieve).I've been off for 4 years now and TTC for 27 months! The problem is I've had no period since I started depo years ago! When I was on depo I had no period and I have yet to see one since I took my first shot. I have seen 3 Dr's and 2 specialist who dont know what to do! I have had many rounds of clomid and provera to try and jump start my cycle...I've even resorted to BCP (birth control pills) a time or two but nothing has worked. Sometimes I feel like I have cramps but nothing ever happens as far as periods. I first started my period when I was 10 1/2 and from then until my first depo shot I was normal. I'm at my witts end and I really dont know what to do...are there any suggestions you can give me? I know I probably sound like a crazy 20 year old but I must tell you I'm one 20 year old that is so intune with her body that you will ever know! I've learned a lot about depo since I've been off of it and I consider myself a victim of it's nasty ways! I just dont know what I can do to regulate my period!!! Thank you so much for listening to my venting and I hope to hear back from someone soon!
