Chances of normal conception?

I recently had an HSG performed in which we discovered that both tubes are blocked. On the screen the left tube filled (very thin stream) but did not spill. On the right tube it filled, but was beaded(the tube looked like a pearl necklace at the very end towards the ovary.)and did not spill either. I am now going for a laparoscopy soon. My question is/are...since I am ovulating normally, have regular cycles, have had no previous reasons for scar tissue, and have already had one normal pregnancy 3 years ago what are my chances of conceiving naturally after the lap? I am hearing of so many people who cannot be surgically corrected! I know you can't give statistics, but any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
