I have heard that marijuana smoking, like cigarette smoking, can contribute to infertility. I have also heard (can not verify source) that it can change the morphology of the sperm, so that even if there are plenty of 'swimmers', they are not healthy enough to conceive a normal pg. I know of at least one friend of mine who made her dh give up smoking dope before ttc becuase of this.
