clitoral adhesionsFrom: allison (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 4 Apr 2002 14:47:27 -0600 (CST)
I have significant adhesions around my clitoris - from the urethra to the clitoris. My inner labia are gone (adhered?) and THere is only a very small hole that the head of my clitoris Peaks out of when pulled back. I have never experienced orgasm from clitoral stimulation (manually or from oral sex) and have rarely experienced orgasm from g-spot stimulation during intercourse. I am seeing asex therapist with my husband and she has suggested considering having the adhesions released. My dr. is unsure if this will help and how to prevent them from re-occurring. They are quite significant and could have been present for years (we don't know). I have lichen sclerosus that may have caused this. My LS is under control with occasional use of Temovate. I have ried estrace cream topically to release the adhesions with no luck. Any suggestions regarding how to release them and how to prevent them from recurring?
