I have been on Lo-Ovral for 20 years (I am 41 years old). I am a smoker and my doctor recently told me to get off the pill. The first month without the pill was extreme .... sharp pains in my breast, severe cramping and bleeding. Is there anything that can help avoid these symptoms without taking the pill again?
