Late ovulation--another question

Dr. Marchbein:

Thank you for your reply. Do you know if it's likely? We're in the midst of trying to diagnosis PCOS and determine if I need ovulation induction medicine. My RE agreed to treat me sooner than 6 months bc the 21 p4 test showed anovulation. Now I don't know what to think. I know Dr. Montgomery says anything longer than 33 days is typically anovulatory. Is that a widespread belief? Does late ovulation (like day 21) indicate a poor egg quality?
