I had not been able to use a restroom for this purpose and so had to hold it in for a few hours. when i finally did that evening, it was difficult to pass the movement. But i learned that it is bad to hold it and so i forced myself to pass it. It was a bit painful to do this. When the movement passed - i saw blood spots. I had obviously caused some damage. I have since passed bowel movements two times since. The last time was this evening. BOth had a bit of blood on the movements (as i looked to make sure). While it wasn't a lot, I am a bit concerned.
