I had a LEEP for cervical dysplasia in 1999, I have a very strong history of ovarian and cervical cysts and my mothers mother died from ovarian cancer. This is why I am worried I am on Ortho tri cyclen and my periods are totally normal but I have really bad menstral cramping the whole entire month and for the past two weeks every other day or so I have and really dark brown almost black scant discharge and I am mid cycle right now....
