There is more about this in the archives, but simply, you will probably miss your period. Having said that, if you are stressed, you could miss a period too. Stressing over how many times you go to the bathroom, foods you crave, etc., may cause you to miss a period. If you should, take a pregnancy test.

As long as you take your pills on schedule and don't miss any, your chances of getting pregnant are less than 1% if my memory serves me.
