Leave a message for the Dr. to call you and see what he can do to get this surgery scheduled.

As soon as the Dr. gives the go ahead. Much depends on the work that is done during the surgery.

Either one, but if you are dealing with fertility issues, I would say the RE.

Depends on the MD. Some MDs say it doesn't matter when in the cycle the surgery is done, while others say to have it done during your period.

I don't know this, as I am not an MD, but could be he may want you to be bleeding during surgery, and will then give you provera to time the bleeding with the surgery. Again, don't know, just thinking out loud.
