close monitoring for fetal growth via ultraosund, and NSTs later are the mainstay of evaluation

it is always a good idea to eat as healthy as possible, and get rest. Don't smoke, don't drink and whatever you do, don't use any street drugs!!!

if you bleed terribly after delivery and it cannot be controlled any other way (like uterine artery ligation) then a hysterectomy may be necessary.
