Sounds as if there were many abnormal appearing spermatozoa. But let's suppose they were 56 million spermatozoa, and only one percent were normal. That means 560,000 normal spermatozoa exist to ejaculate, and you only need one. You do the math. It might slightly decreased your chance of conceiving naturally, but is not 100 percent decrease.
