I would definitely give your doctor a call and report your symptoms- he/she can decide if you need to be seen. I am not a medical provider, but have had a hysterectomy, and I don't think it's normal to begin bleeding 5 months after surgery. Your other symptoms sound like many different conditions, so do call. I hope this helps.
