I'm a 20 year old female that's sexually active. The past 3-4 times I've had sex, I've noticed that afterwards one side of my vagina (the right) is very swollen. It doesn't hurt and there doesn't seem to be any abnormal discharge. It goes away in about a day or two. I've felt around inside my vagina after the swelling has gone away and it seems to be tighter inside than normal (however I could be imagining this) There is also a stronger smell than normal, also the smell is slightly unpleasant. This is the state I am in right now as I had sex a few days ago and the outward swelling is gone. My vagina also does not look any different than normal. I know I should go to my doctor and get an exam but as I have not reached my deductable I can not afford to go at this time. Please give me any opinions as to what is wrong with me so I can hopefully breathe a little easier.
