He has done a number of nice things for me including coming to the hospital in the middle of the night, when he was not on call, so that he could personally deliver my baby (I would have never asked him to do that, nor would I have expected him to do that). He never even charged me for the delivery, after doing this. He is an excellent physician, the problem in this case is his office staff. I am sure that he tells them to call and they just drop the ball. I have heard him get after them a couple of times. I think he just needs to find a good office staff. From what I have observed in this particular office, most of the staff just wants to sit around and chit chat.
