MinstrationFrom: molly (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 21 Mar 2002 20:55:20 -0600 (CST)
My period has been fairly regular, about 30 days give or take a couple of days. I have started exersing, about one to one and a half hours, 6 days a week for a bout two months now. I have also used some diet pills which are all natural. the first period I got after starting to exercise was had 24 day cycle, was fairly light and was not acompanied by pain. I have now just started my next period 28 days after the past one. This period also is not acompanied by pain and i think that this one will also have a light flow. My question is: Is this change in flow and pain level due to my incresing physical activity, or could it be due to somethimg else? Please help me by answering. Thank you.
