also wanted to add, you have a lot of responsibilities, and you may be doing more , running yourself down , making you more succeptible to getting sick, i never got a sick until I had children!! I have 3 now and the older they get the sicker I get!! not to mention the fact that the kids bring home every bug floating around out there!! take care of yourself....
