Yes. It may be easy or it may be dificult depending on many factors. If you have this problem, you should see a reproductive endocrinologist for an evaluation to find out exactly what the situation is. There are many variations possible. Also one quarter of people with this problem also have kidney abnormalities and this should be checked out.
