I have been on Estropstep for about 1 1/2 months and I visted their website to check out some info "straight from the horses mouth". Anyway the web site said that since I am a Sunday starter I have to use a 2nd form of Birth Control for the 1st 7 days and then after that a 2nd form is not needed.
