However, my period didn't come this month like it was supposed to (well I had some spot bleeding), but I always had irregular cycles, sometimes even one month without a period. I know I am not pregnant. I am wondering if it would be ok. to start my pills now in order to regulate the cycle quicker, or will I have side effects if I don't wait until my period.
