Hi there,

A healthy body fat percentage for women is 18-25%. Women should never drop below 11%. These percentages are not based on height, as the measurement of body fat is done as a percentage, not weight.

Cardio lowers body fat, such as running, biking, and swimming. Almost any aerobic activity will lower your body fat percentage as long as you do it long and often enough.
