This is my second shot so I have been on it 3 months total. I had no period the first month and started a period around 2/5 or so that lasted about 10 days. They took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative due to being 3 days late for my shot. I am having sharp pain on my lower abdomen (left side) that is not constant but pretty severe every few seconds or so. It comes and goes. I just started having it a few hours ago and it is painful but NOT excruciating. I have minor diarrhea that has been with me all day, but not bad. No other symptoms. Could it be that I am ovulating and my ovary is releasing an egg or should I be more concerned? Could I get pregnant even though I had the shot yesterday if that is what is happening?
