On occasion, I will get an FSH to see if someone is Postmenopausal. If
they are it will almost always be above 50. I ma not sure why the other
tests were done either. Also the normal values differ from lab to lab
so one needs to know the normals to even have an idea.CA 125 may be
falsely elevated by endometriosis, but I never heard it being used as a
test for it.
