The Lupron Blahs........

Started on Lupron 2-15-02 for suspected microscopic endometeriosis. Have tried xeveral things prior to give relief from persistent LRQ pain. Anyways.. my question is: I read that Lurpon can give you joint aches and pains..but how bad can it really get? I have placed a call to my GYN and am waiting for her to return the phone call (she's working night shifts right now). The join pain started about 3-4 days after the FIRST shot, and it's about a 5 on a scale of 1 - 10. I don't feel as if I need to take narcotics, but I'm telling ya this: somethings gotta give. Tylenol, Motrin, Narprosyn, Tylenol PM.. none of them are working or helping. I have even tried ice and hot therapy.. rotating between the two. I am able to walk, but find it ery hard to sit with knees at a srtaight up and down position from the floor. I have to extend my legs out instead. If anyone call tell me anything.. please do! I figure this: if I will be having the joint aches and pains thru April (doc says 2 shots of Lupron, then check in with her mid April), then I am not going to take this crud anymore. GYN said if the Lurpon helped my pain, she was going to schedule a Hysterectomy. Seems to me it would be more worth it to go ahead and just schedule the darn surgery and get it over with, instead of sitting her and suffering with bad knee pain.
