You could also try to see a GI doc if it persists and see if it might be IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). It can't get "cured", but there are simple meds that can be given (levbis, bentyl, etc) to ease problems. I have IBS. My symptoms started the same way. I was getting sick or running to the bathroom shortly after eating a meal. I saw a GI, he did a Colonoscopy (worse part of this was the laxative), and it showed normal bowel. Am on Levbid and am doing great. No more upset tummy after eating!
