Clitoral Infection??? (Does it exist?)

I am 20 years old. I have been on the pill for almost 3 years. For 2 years it was OrthoTricyclen, but in Aaug. of 2001 I had an ovarian cyst removed and from that point on I've been on OrthoCyclen. I have polycystic ovarian disease AND am prone to the other kind of ovarian cysts. Yeah, I'm lucky, eh?

Anyway, I have had yeast infections and BV on and off since about 3 months from when I first started using birth control. Sometimes I've even had both at the same time!! Well, I have had everything fixed for a little while now (thanks to metro gel and diflucan), but my clitoris still bothers me. It has a cheesy odor usually, and white things, not so much like discharge, but almost as if it is yeast. I am sorry it all sounds so gross. My fiancè and I have been trying to figure this all out for the past 2 years, and even my gyno and nurse practioner are stumped. Please help!! Is there a such thing as a clitoral yeast infection? How do you fix it?
