I lost about 20 pounds in 2000 and almost another 20 in 2001. It usually takes me forever to take off weight. However, since Christmas, I have lost 22 pounds with out a change in diet (in fact I think I am eating more) or exercise (I work out 4 times a week for an hour). I am beginning to look like one of those gals on friends, all ribs and bones..........what could be some possible causes. Should I be very concerned? Thank you for your time.
