Doctors and Natural Progesterone

When treating the discomforts of menopause, can you get natural progesterone cream from your doctor, as oppose to getting it from a health store? I'm not talking about creams that have progestin in them that are passed off as natural progesterone cream. I mean the natural progesterone cream that is sold over the internet and gotten from some health stores. It is also highly recommended in Dr. Lee's book: What Doctors Don't Tell You About Menopause.
