I have always had the same cycle for 3 plus years. I take Necon 1-35/28 for Birth control and have never had any problems with it. My last period was 2 weeks ago. It is generally every three weeks (the 4th week, placebos). I have been exercising quite a lot (sometimes 2 hours a day). I have also been eating very healthy (did not before). I had my period again after only about a week and a half since the previous. I still have one more week of birth control pills and the placebos left in my cycle. Is this something I should be concerned about? I just moved and have not found a doctor in my new location yet.. but certainly will if necessary. I have been eating well and exercising, so I wonder if it has created problems in my cycle? Also.. what should I do about taking birth control now?
