Kathleen,

It's possible that it might be an ulcer. How long have you been having these symptoms? You mentioned your period. Have you ever had nausea at any time during your periods?

Are you on any kind of medications that might cause nausea also? You mentioned about getting this after you eat, do you notice if certain foods make this worse or better?

How long have you been having the dizzy spells?

You will need to see about talking to your primary care physician about all this and see maybe about seeing a gastroenterologist. In the mean time depending on the answers to these questions I will see what I can do to help you in the way of research.
