[Birth Control] antibiotics in my first month of pills...

I´ve been taken birth control pills for about 20 days for the first time ever. Last week I was diagnosed with bronchitis so I had to take an antibiotic. I have always heard that the pills are completely effective after beginning the second consecutive month of taking them. My question is: as I took an antibiotic which reduces the effectiveness of the pill in the first month, do I have to wait until the third month to be completely safe and protected against pregnancy? Thanks!
