There may be treatment available, do a search for vulvar varicosities and keep looking till you find one that discusses sclerosing, or sclerotherapy, which is what they do to varicose veins of the legs - perhaps they can apply one of those treatments to the vulvar veins. ? It doesn't hurt to ask! Don't perform medical treatments on yourself, consult a doctor!
