Have you considered contacting someone who specializes in treating varicose veins of the legs? There are various treatments for varicose veins in the legs, perhaps they can apply them to the one you have in the vulvar area (it certainly can't hurt to at least ask). Here's a random website I found that you can read general info. on ( http://www.doctorgupta.com/vein-index.htm ) you would have to find a doctor suitable for you and in your area. The veins can swell and throb so it's worth looking into a cure! Good luck ! =)
