rachel - one website that you should check out is http://www.sisterzeus.com - it's a great resource on natural ways to enhance your fertility. there are instructions on this site for wild yam and other things that you might be interested in. i know that a friend of mine used to use wild yam as a contraceptive - she took it all the time - but look it up here or ask the site person, sister zeus, because she is very knowledgable. another thing to look at could be taking charge of your fertility, a book by toni weschler - great resource!
