What you need to know/do is that sometimes she'll just need you to be her friend - a friend who will hold her and help her put the rape in a place where (eventually) it will stay. I am very sorry that your wife had to go through such a terrible experience, but I'm glad for her that she has such a caring husband. Best wishes to both of you.
