Hi Sonja,

I agree with you about myomectomy. When I had my hyst, I was told that you could still end up with a hyst during a myomectomy because of the blood loss issue. Because I was already very anemic and the size of my fibroids, a hyst was my only answer.

I don't know if this would work in your situation, but what about endometrial ablation. One of the docs here might be able to shed some light on this.

Also, if your fibroids are not symptomatic, what about Lupron to see if it would shrink it?

Just some ideas to think about.
