Simple question that needs answering!

Is there a blood test that can detect if a woman's not taking her BCP's when she becomes pregnant? My friend (no, really, she's my friend) is trying to "trick" her DH into getting pg. by not taking her BCP's when he thinks she is. So, is there a way for the Dr. to find out she wasn't taking her pills when she conceived? I know the Dr./Pt. confidentiality thing, but there's not much to be done about that if he goes in for every visit with her. Thanks!
