What time of day are you taking your pill? Maybe taking it right before bed would help with the night sweats. About an hour after you take your pill, your estrogen level jumps up. It then decreases rapidly. By the time you're due for your next pill, the level of estrogen has pretty much returned to baseline. If night sweats are caused by low estrogen levels, it seems reasonable that you should try to time it so your levels are highest while you are trying to sleep. Good luck!
