Congrats on the weight loss!! That is great!

It would be the fats IF she has also cut out all the fats at home as well. If it is just cutting out the fast food restaurants, but still eating fats at home, then I doubt it has to do with the fats.....could be the preservatives too they use...could be the flu, could be food poisoning, etc., etc., etc.
