If you have dormant chlamydia, I think the elisa test will be postive, but I am not sure about the culture.

Kayla Chlamydia is usually treated with doxycycline, gbbs with penicillin.

Yes, primarily ocular but this is why we give the emycin eye drops. Also a small risk of pneumonia.
