[Birth Control] Loestrin FE 1/20 and hives

I have been taking Loestrin fe 1/20 for at least 4 years. When I am out in the sun for even 10 minutes, I break out in hives. I have been to a dermatologist and an allergy doctor, and I am taking zyrtec. I was also given a cream medication to apply to my face when it breaks out. I was advised by both to use sunscreen because I am sensitive to the sun. I was wondering if there is an ingredient in the Loestrin that could possibly react with exposure to the sun. I know with some medications this is the case, but could not find that information on the pamphlet. This has been happening since my second son was born approximately 4 years ago when I changed the dosage on my Loestrin. I used to take a higher dosage before I had my second child.

Any information would be helpful. Thank you.
