Dear Lisa, The only sure way to NOT get pregnant is to use birth control (condoms, pills, Depo Shot, etc). Despite what people say, that is the only sure way. If you are not using birth control, you are trying to get pregnant. If you don't believe what myself and the other women on her have said, ask your doctor. The lady who posted that taking your temp. every morning is incorrect. While this may work occassionally, it is NOT a for sure thing. What if you get a fever on the day you ovulate? That throws off the whole thing. Please do use birth control that is reliable, such as the methods I mentioned above. More information about this can be obtained at http://www.plannedparenthood.org Take care, Maggie
