I know it is known not to email the Drs. privately (unless of course they give you express permission to do so).

I think it should go without saying, if you want to email someone privately, please ask permission of that person.

I won't speak for everyone, but I am going to be putting something in my sig. not to email privately without express permission. I don't know how someone has my email address as they are anonymous addresses now, but I did receive an email tonight.
