If you are in distress, Gina, call your MD back. There could be many things making you feel this way, so s/he needs to see you, or at the very least, talk to you on the phone. If you feel it can't wait, then go back to the ER. It could be the stress of all that is going on that is making you like this now. Also, you might want to go to http://www.askme.com or http://www.allexperts.com, and look for a cardiologist that could help answer your questions. This is a forum for OBGYN related issues. You might get a better answer from someone that deals with the heart/blood pressure daily.
