She had a hyst and ovaries removed. The gyn started her on HRT the day of her surgery. A year later she is once again having terrible pelvic pain and now symptoms of vulvadynia. We were wondering if the HRT has caused more endo to flare up. We also read that HRT should not be given to endo sufferers after a hyst/ovarian removal until 6 months after surgery to make sure all the endo is gone.... Is this practise generally followed?
