The norgest and levo are simply different forms of progesterone and could effect you differently. As far as the different pills and "phases", this is mostly hype and is not an issue. Neither of the pills will have any greater untoward effects on your future fertility. Any female on the pill has a risk of difficulty with ovulation following discontinuation of the pill, but this is a very small percentage of women and regular ovulation usually returns with time...
